Are you fascinated in virtual worlds or interested in science fiction movies? Inception, a movie that hit the theatres this past summer, is a science fiction movie based off of a fantasy theme directed by Christopher Nolan. Similar to The Matrix, the plot is based on another world. The movie is about a world that has been altered by Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) and a young architect. This dream world is made up by your own imagination and thoughts.

What this team didn’t realize is that to successfully complete their objective, they had to leave their personal lives outside of this virtual world. If anyone would be able to figure out what is being plotted, the whole mission could be destroyed.

As the virtual world continues, the young architect starts questioning whether or not she should continue the job.  On this wild adventure come many dangers which include possible injuries and even death. One’s actions must be planned out or they could result in mass disaster. Not only will this movie make you think about your personal life, but it will also make you question whose life you’re holding onto and if so is it for the right reason?

The big issues occur when Cobb buries his ex-wife within many levels of memories. He thought she was in her own world where she could stay and not disrupt anything, but how well that theory turned out will be a mystery. It’s amazing how well you think you know someone until they are revealed as the person they really are. This movie will keep you on your feet, with suspense around every corner.

There are so many mysteries and problems that need to be solved and you get to be the one to discover them. It will definitely be a movie you won’t want to miss.  Critics gave it four stars and Metascore gave it a 74 out of 100. I enjoyed this movie because it is action-packed, and mysterious. This is one of my favorite movies and it could become one of yours too.
